HIGH SPEED MACHINING

Spherical panel 7075-T7 aluminum machined from 1 1/2 inch plate to a spherical wall thickness of .093. In addition there are 25,000 holes drilled through the wall thickness. Size is aprox 48" x 36".

Front nose landing gear cover machined from 150 lb solid plate aluminum. Final product weight is aproximately 12 pounds.

Machined from 1 1/2" plate aluminum weighing 40 pounds to a final product weight of aproximately 3 pounds.
